Gratitude is a way of life.

Try this. Check in with yourself right now. Close your eyes, and exhale deeply three times. Now take your emotional pulse. What do you notice in your body? What sensation, energy, quickening, tension do you sense? Now watch this video, and then check in with yourself again.
