My fee is $135 per hour. Payment is accepted at the time of service by cash or check or through PayPal. A sliding scale is available in cases of financial hardship, and I truly will do my best to work with you to make my services affordable.  

 

At this time, I bill directly for third-party payments via Highmark, Capital Blue Cross, Magellan, UPMC, Optum, UBH, and Quest medical insurances. I am an out of network provider for other insurance plans,  including auto insurance and Workman's Compensation. Many clients receive reimbursement for all or a large portion of my fee. I can provide you with a receipt for monies billed/paid which you may submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. Please check your coverage by contacting your health insurance provider and asking the following questions: 

 

• What are my mental health benefits?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many therapy sessions per year does my plan cover?

• How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician? 

 

Cancellation Policy

There is a $40 cancellation fee if you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Additional Services

I am available for workshops onsite or at the studio.
