EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, which acesses the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over five thousand years, but without the needles. It's very simple and is so very can do it yourself. The teachers of this process have been very generous about sharing it freely. While I have been trained in it's finer points, anyone can do it on their own.


The basics are simple.  You just focus honestly on a troublesome issue in your life, and tap specific points on your body (shown on the video below). You will see that your energy begins to shift, clear, and become more positive. This combination of tapping the energy meridians and speaking your psychological truth works to clear the emotional blocks from your body's bioenergy system, thus restoring your mind and body's balance. 


 I have seen EFT work very well with my clients who have used it to relieve a wide range of issues.  These have included test anxiety, grief and loss, emotional eating, trauma, pain, negative beliefs about their bodies, and even trust issues.


Once learned, it is a skill you can take home and use whenever you need it.
