I use many healing modalities in our sessions that I can explain on the telephone or in person.  Talk therapy can be integrated with creative arts therapies, gestalt exercises, and powerful healing tools such as EMDR, Brainspotting, Guided Imagery, and EFT, depending on your needs.

 

Entrenched patterns from unintegrated trauma in your life can be processed and put behind you.

 

Our sessions always involve deep listening on my part. Together we can get a sense of the direction you want to go in.
